QUALITY, SAFETY & COMMISSIONING

Engineering discipline behind decorative appearance

  • Approved shop drawing and material verification
  • Dimensional, fit-up and welding inspection
  • Surface preparation and coating inspection
  • Luminaire mounting and internal wiring verification
  • Insulation, continuity and protection-device testing
  • Earthing/grounding and polarity verification
  • Pole alignment, base plate and anchor-bolt inspection
  • Photocell/timer/control-panel functional tests
  • Night-time illumination and operational testing
  • As-built and commissioning records
Engineering principle: pole structure and foundation size are project-specific. Wind load, luminaire/decorative area, pole height, ground capacity, anchoring and electrical conditions must be assessed before final design.
